Digitalization: Now it's running smoothly - DiALOG Club'24 in the BayArena in Leverkusen

(Leverkusen) The LCM UserGroup 2024 was hosted by the German champions at the BayArena in Leverkusen on October 10/11. Under the motto “Digitalization - now it's running smoothly”, the TQG customers experienced two intensive days full of information, inspiration and impressions at the proven meeting of users.

After an appropriate warm-up and a friendly exchange of pennants, match director Steffen Schaar kicked off the first half with great motivation. Exciting customer presentations provided a direct impetus for the practice and presented a strong team performance.  In the second half, the new AI features AI ContractCapture, AI ContractReview, AI ContractEvaluation and AI ContractAnalysis could be tried out and discovered.

The first match day was brought to an informal close as DiALOG Club '24 in the stadium pub “Schwadbud” with delicious food, cold drinks and good conversation. There was also plenty of entertainment: soccer acrobat Saki - who has certain visual similarities to a well-known Portuguese soccer star - showed off his soccer tricks in a DiALOG Club jersey and got one or two people to show off their ball skills. The evening was rounded off with emotional duels at the table football table and cozy conversations in the fireplace room.

The next match day started with a very special highlight: as part of the stadium tour, the participants got a taste of the stadium and took an exclusive look behind the scenes of the BayArena. At the press conference afterwards, the TQG experts were on hand to answer any questions about the new AI features. With a cohesive team performance, tactical skill and tireless commitment, the boys showed that they have the will to win.  After the presentation of the new features of smartLCM YOURs and the open discussion round “Meet the Team”, the obligatory culinary banquet provided a fitting finale.

“Digitalization on the playing field of innovation works - we are delighted that you started this journey with us,” summed up Ralf Liebig, Head of Product Management, ”we are convinced that you have gained valuable inspiration for your success in the digital league.”

Match director Steffen Schaar was satisfied after the final whistle: “We gave our all and presented ourselves excellently as a team. We showed fighting spirit and performance. And underlined that we are the right partner for our customers in their league.”

We are once again hoping for strong support from our fans, who did a fantastic job cheering on the team today, when we meet again at the LCM UserGroup 2025 on 17.10.2025 in Frankfurt.
