(Böblingen/Constance) The Quality Group GmbH (TQG) has once again recognized outstanding student achievements in the field of business law. The "TQG Design Thinking Award" for the most creative student was presented for the sixth time at the HTWG Konstanz graduation ceremony on June 21, 2024.

This year, the award went to Philipp Szymanowski for his impressive final thesis on "Compliance Due Diligence in M&A Transactions: Practical Implementation and Process Guidance".

"In his final thesis, Mr. Szymanowski completely convinced the college and advisory boards," said Steffen Schaar, Member of the Board of The Quality Group, in his video message. "The project was successfully implemented in practice and was inspiring." 

He then gave all graduates these wishes for the future: "Stay eager to learn, be self-confident and respectful in your dealings with one another. But above all, use the strengths you have learned and acquired in your daily work! I wish you lots of fun and success for your future."
