What are EVB-IT contracts?

The Supplementary Contract Terms for the Procurement of IT Services (EVB-IT for short) are regulations according to which the procurement of information technology (e.g. software and hardware) in the public sector must be carried out. There are currently 11 different EVB-IT contract types. These do not currently cover all possible contract types (e.g. rental and leasing of hardware), which is why the BVB contract sheets are still used for this.
